ACTIVE - One Active Member shall be designated for each of the counties of the State. They are granted the privilege of the floor at meetings and have a vote in the conduct of the affairs of the NYSCC. They may also submit two resolutions each year.

ASSOCIATE - Statewide organizations that subscribe to the purposes and goals of the NYSCC. They are granted the privilege of the floor at meetings and have a vote in the conduct of the affairs. They may submit two resolutions per year.

AFFILIATE - Any organization subscribing to the purpose and goals of the NYSCC. They are granted the privilege of the floor at meetings. They may submit one resolution per year. Affiliate members do not vote in the conduct of the affairs.

CLUB - Clubs may join the NYSCC at the Guardian or Defender level. Access to the council newsletter and subscribed to email updates.

Any organization participating in the insurance program must be at the Club Defender level or above.
