Description

Set in the heart of the Upper Delaware River region, the Catskill Fly Fishing Center & Museum and the Hancock House Hotel provide an ideal setting for the Fall Convention. This area is recognized as the birthplace of American fly fishing, offering a unique blend of natural beauty, outdoor heritage and conservation legacy. You'll be surrounded by world-class trout streams, scenic mountains, and small-town charm that reflects the very traditions and principles the Council represents.

The Hancock House Hotel offers a modern, comfortable venue in close proximity to the museum and the Delaware River. Together, these locations create an effective and engaging environment for our sessions. We will focus on Council Business including voting on Resolutions, Council Reports and Annual Elections. Additional presentations from DEC and other organizations will also be included in the agenda. There will be nightly opportunities for attendees to socialized and connect in a relaxed setting.

Attendee Registration includes Friday, Saturday & Sunday sessions, Friday & Saturday lodging night, and Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner and Sunday breakfast.

Lodging Options: Attendee will share a room with another person (unless single occupancy). If you do not choose a roommate, one will be assigned to you. Choose from 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. Complete the lodging preferences section. We will accommodate requests on a first come, first serve basis to the best of our ability.

Registration ONLY options to not include lodging. Meals are included as follows: Friday - dinner. Saturday - breakfast, lunch & dinner. Sunday - breakfast.

Zoom Access for sessions as available all weekend.
